Hi everyone, I have posted a few pics of my elves that I have sculpted lately. I thought I'd keep a blog of my sculpting to see how it evolves. I started drawing and painting elves years ago and also made some cloth and fabric ones and occasionally salt dough or wood.
Recently though I found that polymer clay is really fun to work with and I can create whats in my head in a more 3d way than just with drawing and painting alone.
I have sold quite a few on ebay which you can take a peek at under the id pixie_patch and that has been fun getting to hear comments on my work and having others opinions is so great. I mean I love my elves but it was nice that some others do too. Friends had often told me they were ugly or wierd, so I get a lot out of putting them on ebay!
